Dickinson & Clark CPAs, P.C. was established in 1991 with the merger of Ron Dickinson and Francis Clark establishing a locally owned accounting firm to bring together the benefits of their combined years of consulting in the areas of individual, corporate, and farm accounting and taxation. On January 1, 2005 Thomas Umphreys joined the Firm as a shareholder.
