Francis Clark is the Firm’s senior tax practitioner. He is a CPA and a native of the Council Bluffs area. Francis works with individuals and business owners on tax, accounting and management issues.

Francis has broad experience in Farm, Limited Liability Company, Corporate, and Partnership tax issues. He also advises on Estate and Trust issues. Francis has over three decades of experience in the field of public accounting.
